The building permits will be tabled before the summer 2010

From the original definition, two years of additional studies were needed to attain the standards of certification BREEAM Excellence, a first in the world for a building of very large height for multiple functions. It will be the first time that a developer will extend the public space within the building. The building permits will be tabled before the summer 2010.

How did you respected the urban constraints imposed by the Epad

The public establishment of development imposes urban and architectural rules very strict. Hermitage acquired a land already occupied by offices, homes and businesses, which are in the process of relocation dans neighbourhood, and we are buying to the Epad volumes for the building of our tour. As the specify Joëlle Ceccaldi-Raynaud, the new President of its Board of Directors, we are expanding our thinking on the development of the defence 1 district to the banks of the Seine canned.

How is this project and how do you fund

The total price of the project is estimated at EUR 2 billion financed by own funds, borrowing and the commercialization of the surfaces. To date, we have invested 110 million of own funds with 95 million are dedicated to the land acquisitions and the balance on the studies related to the control of work.
