Have you ever been put in a situation that you felt you just couldnt win, no matter what you do Thats how some college football coaches must feel when they look at the schedules and see that they are slated to play an FCS school. As far as the FBS schools are concerned, they cant really benefit from matching up with an FCS school. If they win, big deal. Everyone expects the big schools to beat up on the little guys. What do you gain by beating a school in a division below you You get one win that counts towards bowl eligibility, but you could get that win by playing a bottom-tier Division I school. Recruits arent going to be impressed with an FCS opponent, either. When a program brings in potential recruits for a weekend, they want to show them what a great experience they could have should they choose to commit to that particular school. The game day experience isnt going to be nearly as exciting if youre playing the Spiders from Richmond or the Wofford Terriers as it would be with USCs Trojans or the Texas Longhorns coming to your school. Theres a different feeling in the air when your squad is playing a big game. No matter how good the FCS opponent might be, they cant live up to the hype and pageantry that comes with playing an elite opponent. You may lose that game, but a recruit is likely to be more impressed with a loss to an elite opponent than they would be with a throttling of subdivision school. If the Division I school does what theyre expected and thrashes their small-school adversary, its not going to be a big deal. Theyre expected to destroy them. Crushing a little school isnt going to garner you many votes with the pollsters. However, if you schedule an FCS school and you struggle to defeat them, or even worse, manage to get beaten by the small school, that can set your program back in a monumental way. The odds arent with the FCS school, but teams like Appalachian State and North Dakota State have shown that they can play with, and defeat the big boys. The way I see it, the risk is just too great. An FCS school gets hundreds of thousands of dollars to make the trip to an FBS stadium. The FBS school gets a decent shot at a win, but they also risk embarrassment, fan apathy and flat-out humiliation. Sometimes its just not worth it.. By Hereward Holland KIGALI, Jan 8 (Reuters) - A senior Rwandan official accused of involvement in the killing of a president that is blamed for triggering Rwanda's genocide will return to France on Friday to appear in court, the Rwandan government said on Thursday.

Rose Kabuye, a close ally of current Rwandan leader Paul Kagame, was arrested in Germany in November on an international warrant issued by France. She was later freed on bail by a French judge and allowed to return to Rwanda for Christmas. She is charged in connection with the assassination of ethnic Hutu President Juvenal Habyarimana, whose plane was shot down by unknown gunmen in April 1994. Soon after, Hutus began massacring minority Tutsis and some moderate Hutus, killing 800,000 people in 100 days.

"It is very important Rose Kabuye faces charges to clear her name and expose the legal fraud that are the indictments," said Rwandan government spokeswoman Louise Mushikiwabo. It is likely that the court finds there is no case after hearing and will dismiss it." Rwanda has condemned the arrest of Kabuye, its director of state protocol, saying she was on official government business when detained and therefore should have enjoyed diplomatic immunity. Kigali expelled the German ambassador and recalled its envoy from Berlin. Rwanda broke off diplomatic ties with Paris in 2006 after a French anti-terrorism judge issued arrest warrants for Kabuye and other Rwandan government officials. In August, Kigali accused 33 senior French political and military officials of involvement in the genocide. Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T.
